While a single session is a great way to experience the treatment and feel the immediate skin-tightening effect, true body remodeling requires consistency. For most clients, we recommend starting with the 5 or 10-session packages. Cellulite and skin laxity didn’t form overnight, so giving the icoone® technology time to progressively break down fibrotic tissue and boost collagen is how you achieve lasting, visible results.
Will these contouring sessions help me lose weight?
It’s important to know that icoone® is not a weight-loss treatment. Think of it as a sculpting tool. If you are looking to reshape your silhouette, smooth out dimpling caused by cellulite, and firm up loose skin, this is exactly what it does best. It targets the quality of your tissue and the shape of your body, rather than the number on the scale.
What does a 50-minute session actually feel like? Is there any downtime?
It’s incredibly relaxing. You’ll wear a specialized body suit while the robotic heads glide over your skin. It feels like a deep, intense mechanical massage—there is no pain, no heat, and no suction cups that leave bruises. Afterward, you can immediately go back to your daily routine, work, or exercise. There is zero downtime.

What makes the 60-minute sessions different from the standard 50-minute ones?
The extra 10 minutes, combined with specific medical-grade icoone® protocols, allows us to go much deeper into the tissue physiology. While the 50-minute sessions focus heavily on aesthetic concerns like fat pockets and cellulite, these 60-minute sessions are designed for targeted medical issues like heavy fluid retention (oedema), lymphoedema, and fibrotic scar tissue. The pace is slower and the focus is strictly therapeutic.
Can I use these treatments for post-surgical recovery?
Absolutely. In fact, the VIP Reset (15 sessions) is highly popular for post-op care. The deep microstimulation is excellent for stimulating the lymphatic system, which helps flush out excess fluids and reduces swelling much faster. It also helps prevent the buildup of fibrotic tissue and softens post-surgical scarring. (Note: We always require clearance from your surgeon before beginning any post-op treatment).
I have chronic heavy legs and mild lymphoedema. Is this safe for me?
